I started the trip in Los Angeles. I went to New York by train and then on to Europe by air. I traveled in the UK via train, bus and car. From London to Kathmandu I went on a 100 day tour that used an old Bedford troup van. I flew from Kathmandu to Rangoon and travelled within Burma via train, ferry and airplane. I flew to Bangkok and traveled within Thailand on buses and trains. I went to Penang (Malaysia) and on to Singapore via bus and train. I flew to Jakarta and then went through Java and on to Bali via train, ferry and bus. I flew to Hong Kong and on to Seoul and Tokyo. I traveled within Japan via train and bus. I flew home to LA from Tokyo via Honolulu.
